At Integreat high end residential is becoming a speciality and this latest edition now nearing completion is no exception. Contracted at tender stage to work closely with a prominent London design team, our initial role was to assist in the practical development of the design and then switch to a design co-ordination role. Heading up a team of setter-outs the design has called for extensive use of marble from Bathrooms to a breath taking feature staircase. Interior finishing in a wide selection of exclusive veneers, fabrics and metals give this private residence a prestigious look and worthy of the efforts undertaken.
